“Power Napper” depicts the giraffes fascinating ability to power nap throughout the day. They don’t need much sleep and have the shortest sleep requirements of any mammal. Giraffes only need 5 to 30 minutes of sleep in a 24-hour period. They often achieve that in quick naps that may last only a minute or two at a time.
This drawing was part of my acrylic paint pen collection and has been turned into a high quality giclee art print.
